This mindfulness and writing retreat invites you to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate
presence on the page and on the trail. Through meditation, journaling, and guided writing exercises, you’ll
deepen self-awareness, spark creativity, and reconnect with the transformative power of your
own voice. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or simply seeking time for reflection, the retreat
offers gentle practices, supportive community, and a peaceful setting to create and restore.
There are several beautiful trails on and around the property. Daily walking meditation will be another way to connect, listen, and restore.
