This course is FULL

 14  week series + one make up class


 This straight-forward and fun class will increase your mobility,  strength and balance through the exploration of a variety of yoga poses.  It will also include a short sitting mindful meditation guided practice. Appropriate for all levels and abilities. 


A nice long series this time!

Thursdays mornings 10:45am-12:00pm

January 9th through April 16th 

no class March 19th - make up class April 24th
