I'd love to be a resource for you.  Not only do I offer weekly yoga classes and mindfulness courses, I am also available to schedule private courses for individuals, companies or organizations. 

The mindfulness practices and yoga classes that I teach have strong research based evidence in support of their over-all benefit of stress reduction and increased wellness. Participation in these courses has shown to help people manage the stress of everyday life with more clarity and resilience.
