I've had a keen interest in exploring the timeless teachings of yoga and meditation since young adulthood. Sharing these teachings to help cultivate more compassion and understanding for ourselves and others brings me great joy. A registered yoga teacher since 2002, I have taught yoga, meditation and mindfulness at many local studios in Salt Lake. In 2010 I opened Your Path Yoga Studio, a small private studio that I ran for 7 years. Mindfulness, meditation and yoga have been the foundation of my training and life for over 20 years.
I teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction courses in Salt Lake and Park City.
Hold an adjunct faculty position at Salt Lake Community College where I teach Meditation/Mindfulness courses.
I also offer group and private yoga classes on an on going basis in Salt Lake .
