I've had a keen interest in exploring the timeless teachings of yoga and meditation since young adulthood. Sharing these teachings to help cultivate more compassion and understanding for ourselves and others brings me great joy.
I have been a registered yoga teacher since 2002.
This year, 2019, I became a fully certified Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction teacher through Brown University Mindfulness Center. The rigorous training to become a certified MBSR teacher has led to a solid foundation of understanding and implantation of an evidence-based curriculum that promotes overall health and well-being.
Mindfulness, meditation and yoga have been the foundation of my training and life for over 20 years.
I teach Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction courses in Salt Lake and Park City.
Hold an adjunct faculty position at Salt Lake Community College where I teach Meditation/Mindfulness courses.
I also offer group and private yoga classes on an on going basis in Salt Lake .
